A few weeks ago, I shared the exciting news about our team at Erosion & Construction Solutions Inc being honored with the Purdue University Northwest Society of Innovators Team Award. Today, I want to shine a light on the story behind that recognition—and this video does an amazing job of capturing it.
What made this moment even more special for me was having some of our team members there—especially those who are usually out in the field, doing the hard work that keeps everything moving. These are the folks who don’t always get to be in the spotlight, but they’re the backbone of what we do. Seeing them take part in this celebration was incredible.
This award isn’t just about innovation. It’s about the grit, collaboration, and purpose that drive us every day. Watching the video reminded me of why we do what we do and the impact we’re making together.
