Erosion & Construction Services provided comprehensive SWPPP installation and ongoing maintenance for the Lennar Astoria land development, supporting site compliance across multiple phases of grading, infrastructure installation, and residential construction. ECS worked as a long-term erosion control partner, responding to evolving site conditions, weather impacts, and municipal inspection requirements to protect adjacent properties and downstream waterways.

As the project progressed, ECS adjusted and maintained erosion and sediment control measures to align with active construction sequencing and ultimately completed BMP removal as areas reached final stabilization.
